Course Description:
 

This course will provide an overview of the origins, current concepts and practices of American and global marketing. It will examine how written and oral communication is used to develop strategies that marketers then use to promote and/or sell goods, services and ideas. Students will also explore the concepts of professional sales and marketing, specifically the motivations and decision-making processes of consumers.

Paid and unpaid internships are part of the course curriculum.
