Course Description:
 This course provides entry level training in event planning, sales and marketing. Employment possibilities include event planner, meeting manager, wedding consultant, and certified trade show marketer. Instruction includes selling, promotion, budget and finance, negotiations and contracts, room set-up, food and beverages, and health and safety relating to exhibitions, trade shows and special events.

Paid and unpaid internships are part of the course curriculum.
