Course Description:
 Business and Management HL1 and HL2 form an integrated two-year course of study that introduces students to the internal structures and decision-making processes of business organizations. Students study many facets of organizational behavior, including social, cultural, and ethical aspects. They also learn how business theory applies to the day-to- day running of a business. The course is part of the new International Baccalaureate Career-related Certificate (IBCC) program, which is being implemented at the pilot site. These courses meet the Group 3 (Individuals and Society) requirement for the International Baccalaureate Diploma and prepare students for the IB Higher Level (HL) exam in Business and Management.
