This course is designed to expose middle-school students to the different career pathways of the Information and Communication Technologies industry sector and help them develop an understanding of the various components that make up an organizational technology plan. Students get hands-on experience in information literacy, software and hardware troubleshooting, computer repair and maintenance, help desk and telephone support systems, and networking essentials. | |
