Course Description: | |
Students will generate and evaluate artistic ideas using design thinking, employing diverse approaches for creating meaningful media arts productions. They will refine and manipulate elements to create intentional effects and engage the audience. By integrating various contents and forms, students will support a central idea in their media artworks. Through assigned roles, they will develop artistic, design, technical, and problem-solving skills, fostering creativity and innovation. Students will analyze presentation formats, employ criteria for evaluation, and use internal and external resources to create media artworks. They will also explore the impact of media artworks on meaning, cultural experiences, and personal connections. In addition, students will analyze and responsibly interact with media arts tools and environments, considering ethics, copyright, and media literacy. | |
