Course Description:
 Personal Finance Semester Honors is a single semester honors course that will cover foundational material, and advanced concepts, related to personal finance. The goal is for students to learn how to manage their finances and make sound financial decisions. Students will understand the importance of budgeting, saving, investing, credit and debt, financial planning, insurance, taxes, and giving. Students will be participating in a variety of activities that focus on providing 21st-century personal finance knowledge and skills in a student-centered, competency-based approach to learning.
