Course Description: | |
Introduction to Music and Composition 1,2 prepares students for careers in music composition, arranging, and audio arts; from creator to composer and performer to recording engineer and producer. This class invites the individual student to be the creator/composer through the direct creation of music and collaboration using a digital medium, which supports fluency of creative ideas and models best practices and industry standards of digital music creation and production. Students will develop technical and creative skills through composing, analyzing, performing and recording music. | |
