Entering a Street Address to Find Schools
1. Enter the Street Number Enter the street number for the street address you wish to use for the boundary lookup. For example, enter "4100" if your street address is 4100 Normal Street. This a required field, you must enter a value.
2. Select the Street Direction Select the street direction for the street address you wish to use for the boundary lookup. For example, select "South" if your street address is South 35th Street.

Note: Our addresses follow Thomas Guide conventions for directions with numbered streets in the City of San Diego. There are no "North" numbered streets in our database, only "South" numbered streets. For example, "300 S 65TH ST" is valid, but "300 N 65TH ST" is not valid. Enter "300 65TH ST" instead. Note that this only applies to numbered Street ("ST") addresses.

3. Enter the Street Name Enter the street name for the street address you wish to use for the boundary lookup. For example, enter "Normal" if your street address is 4100 Normal Street. This a required field, you must enter a value.
4. Select the Street Type Select the street type for the street address you wish to use for the boundary lookup. For example, select "Street (ST)" if your street address is 4100 Normal Street.
5. Select a Street Suffix Select the street suffix for the street address you wish to use for the boundary lookup. For example, select "South" if your street address is 404 Camino Del Rio South.

If you are having problems finding a school, first ensure that you entered the address correctly. Please ensure you are using the correct street name spelling for the address you are looking up. Please call (619) 725-5668 for additional assistance.

If your address is not found, it is possible that you live outside of San Diego Unified boundaries. Please note that San Diego Unified does not cover all parts of the city of San Diego. Also, you may visit San Diego County Office of Education for assistance with determining what school district you live in.
