 These courses are intended to be used as an extra support period for English Learners. These courses are NOT intended to be used in lieu of the grade-level course.
Course Description:
 This foundational course is designed to develop the English-language reading abilities of limited English-proficient (LEP) students in ESL Literacy 1,2 courses by providing progressive instruction in phonics, vocabulary development, text features, and spelling.
