Beginning Musical Theatre 6th (5524)    - SITE ADOPTED COURSE -


Approved Site(s):
 This is a site adopted course for the School of Creative and Performing Arts (SCPA) and Creative Performing and Med Arts (CPMA) schools. Other schools may not offer this course without prior approval from the Interdivisional Curriculum Committee.

Course Description:
 This beginning middle school musical theatre course provides students in grade 6th the opportunity to explore ensemble work through the lens of the Broadway Musical. Students in this course will acquire a knowledge base of Broadway Music as well as receive experience on how to be part of an ensemble.
