Coast Guard JROTC Elective 7.8 Honors (HP) (4675, 4676)    - PILOT COURSE -


Pilot Site:
 This is a pilot course for Mission Bay High School. Other schools may not offer this course without prior approval from the Interdistrict Curriculum Committee.

Course Description:
 Coast Guard JROTC 7,8 Honors serves as the culminating leadership experience. Seniors assume executive leadership roles within the cadet organization and engage in structured self-assessment, peer evaluation, and instructor-guided performance analysis. Students examine leadership theory, organizational systems, communication strategy, ethical responsibility, and Coast Guard mission execution through sustained academic research and applied leadership practice.
