Air Force JROTC Elective 7.8 Honors (HP) (4549, 4550)    - PILOT COURSE -


Pilot Site:
 This is a pilot course for Scripps Ranch High School. Other schools may not offer this course without prior approval from the Interdistrict Curriculum Committee.

Course Description:
 The AFJROTC Honors curriculum builds upon previous AFJROTC lessons and provides students unique opportunities to lead a large organization in a real-world leadership laboratory, putting into practice the lessons taught from the AFJROTC Leadership Education 400 text (4th edition) "Fundamentals of Management". Honors students will be offered a more challenging version of the AFJROTC curriculum that focuses on hands-on management of the cadet corps, culminating in the National Leadership and Employability Certification Exam and a research paper or project. These practical, written, and research assessments require students to demonstrate problem solving, dynamic application, research analysis, as well as oral and written communications.
