| Course Description: |
| | Coast Guard JROTC 7,8 Honors serves as the culminating
leadership experience. Seniors assume executive
leadership roles within the cadet organization and
engage in structured self-assessment, peer evaluation,
and instructor-guided performance analysis. Students
examine leadership theory, organizational systems,
communication strategy, ethical responsibility, and Coast
Guard mission execution through sustained academic
research and applied leadership practice. |
