| The Honors Naval JROTC 7–8 elective is a senior capstone course focused on practical leadership and real-world application. Students are placed in leadership roles and guided to analyze their successes and challenges throughout the year. The course teaches both theoretical and applied leadership, including training methods and performance evaluation. Students learn how to motivate others, set goals, guide teams, and model professional leadership behavior. | |
