Course Description: | |
This course is part of a sequential series of yearlong courses (French Immersion 1-2, French Immersion 3-4, and French Immersion 5-6) that supports the French Language Immersion Magnet (FLIM) program at the Language Academy. They are designed to prepare students for entry into the International Baccalaureate magnet program at Mission Bay High School or the School of International Studies at the San Diego High Educational Complex.
Taught entirely in French, each is a one-period, balanced literacy course that builds on knowledge and skills acquired in the preceding year’s course, including those in the elementary FLIM program. | |
