Course Description: | |
The Developmental Psychology of Children courses provide training and upgrading of skills for entry level positions in preschools or child-development programs, including licensed family day care. Instruction covers child development; child health, safety, and nutrition; child guidance techniques, and developmentally appropriate curriculum. Working with children, students plan and present educational materials and activities related to language development, math, science, music, art, and motor development. | |
