Course Description: | |
This course places the study of American government and civics within the context of the Legal and Government Services pathway of the Public Services CTE industry sector. It introduces students to the principles on which the United States was founded, including the structures of government, the balance between individual and civil liberties, and the ways in which order is maintained through law enforcement and judiciary systems. | |
