Course Description:
 Each English Advanced course is a single-period literacy course intended for students who are exceeding grade level standards. The course is taught at a faster pace than other grade level courses and offers a rigorous standards-based curriculum that prepares students for college. Students will read and write both informational and narrative texts and utilize technology as a tool for enhancing their reading and writing.
