Course Description:
	This course is designed to improve students� ability to read and write in Spanish. It is an introductory course that gives students a rich language experience: vocabulary enrichment, primary writing skills, spelling, development of formal writing styles, and reading. Students participate in cultural activities with themes based on the geography, folklore, and literature of the Spanish-speaking world.
