Course Description: | |
German SL IB course prepares students to take the IB Standard Level (SL) German language exam and satisfy the Language B requirement for the International Baccalaureate diploma. They are designed for students who wish to take the equivalent of a third-year, college-level literature course in the language being studied.
The German SL IB course will help students acquire the terminology of textual analysis and develop skills in oral and written commentary. Since classes are taught entirely French, students must have acquired sufficient proficiency in the language to be able to read and discuss the assigned literary texts without difficulty. | |
