Course Description: | |
This Project Lead the Way course helps prepare students for postsecondary education. The course helps students understand the fields of engineering and engineering technology. Students explore various technology systems and manufacturing processes, which helps them learn how engineers and technicians use mathematics, science, and technology in an engineering problem-solving process to benefit people. The course also addresses concerns about social and political consequences of technological change. Students use computers, measuring instruments, testing equipment, and computer-controlled automation equipment.
