Course Description: | |
This first-year, college-level macroeconomics course teaches supply-and-demand analysis and elasticity, macroeconomic equilibrium, monetary and fiscal policy, the role of government in the economy, economic growth and development, and international trade. The course prepares students to take the IB Standard Level (SL) exam in economics, and satisfies the Group 3 (Study of Man in Society) requirement for the International Baccalaureate diploma. | |
