Course Description:
	This is a course in world affairs in which students develop an understanding of American government and its relationship to global concerns. They gain an appreciation for the complexities of international relations and of the role played by geography in shaping world affairs. Students study American foreign policy and its impact on international issues. They learn to compare and contrast the essentials of the American political and economic system to those of other nations.
